Terms & Conditions — ww108 Platform

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear, whether in singular or plural form.

To be eligible to open and hold a ww108 Account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law and must not be subject to any court order or guardianship arrangement that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Personal Use: You may only register and use an Account for your own personal entertainment. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, or accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another individual's personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on the ww108 Platform or have been permanently banned from the Platform for any prior violation of these Terms.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address and phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. ww108 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at registration at any point during your use of the Platform.

Your ww108 Account is strictly personal. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — and for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

• Credential Security: You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ww108 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from ww108, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ww108 customer support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ww108 will temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
• Account Currency: All Account balances are held and displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ww108 does not support multi-currency wallets; all deposits are converted to IDR at the time of receipt if the original payment instrument is denominated in a different currency, and any applicable conversion cost is borne by the Player.
• Inactivity: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. ww108 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 to inactive Account balances, provided the Account has a positive real-money balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — after the settlement of all pending bets — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

ww108 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in IDR. • Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal. The real-money portion of your balance is always withdrawable subject to these Terms and applicable KYC requirements.
• Source of Funds: ww108 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in transaction delays or Account suspension.

ww108 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made available.

• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the offer's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the offer's specific terms, all bonus amounts carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times the bonus amount) before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total bets of Rp 3.000.000 in eligible games before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to the satisfaction of a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games typically contribute 10%. Sportsbook bets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and certain specialty games may contribute at different rates. The exact contribution rates for each active promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account, unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While any Bonus Funds remain in your Account and before the associated Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is Rp 200.000 (or the equivalent stake in the relevant game format). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at ww108's discretion.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering Complete: If you request a withdrawal before fully satisfying the Wagering Requirement on an active bonus, the outstanding Bonus Funds and all bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited, and only your real-money balance will be returned.
• Abuse and Fraud: ww108 monitors bonus usage patterns. Players found to be abusing promotional offers — through techniques including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or collusion — will have their bonus entitlements voided and may have their Accounts suspended.

All games available on the ww108 Platform are governed by the rules of the individual game as defined by the game's software provider, in addition to the general platform rules set out in these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software, independently tested by recognised third-party testing laboratories. ww108 does not interfere with game outcomes in any way. Any pending round will be resolved by the server-side outcome. Reconnecting within the session time-out window will allow you to view the resolved outcome.
• Prohibited Gameplay Conduct: Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• Consequential Loss Exclusion: ww108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether ww108 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Third-Party Content: Games supplied by third-party studios (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and others) are subject to those studios' own terms and technical standards. ww108 acts as a platform integrator and is not responsible for technical defects originating in third-party game software.

ww108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights in a significant way — ww108 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
